▪ Bidding experience on freelancing portals majorly on Upwork (Mandatory), Guru and peopleperhour, fiverr experience is preferred.
▪ Candidate must have proposal writing and client handling skills
▪ Must have achieved targets in his/her previous company
▪ Candidate must be able to interact with client and convert
▪ Understanding and thorough knowledge of trending and new technologies for web and mobile
▪ Technically sound. Good communication and writing skills and should be able to chat initially with the client
▪ Knows ethical way of bidding and proposal making as per requirement understanding Ability to work independently and make at least 12-14 bids per day with at least 10% reply ratio
▪ Prior experience of handling targets and work as an individual contributor in the team. Qualifications
▪ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
▪ Knowledge in Digital Marketing Domain will be helpful.
▪ Minimum of 2 years
