Operations & Sales Manager

Location – Jamshedpur

Job Description :

1. Account and Customer Relationship Management. Experience with solution selling preferable.
2. Annual Target Revenue - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets with an emphasis on annual bookings and pricing greater than your competition due to greater value for your customers.
3. Sales strategies- Align organization’s solution Platform Portfolio with the customer’s strategic objectives - Develop account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth, relationships in new and existing customers. Build a foundation on which to harvest future business opportunities and collate accurate account information.
4. Customer Activities - Actively understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape. Negotiate access to key decision makers and facilitate meetings with senior executives.
5. Territory and Account Leadership - Develop a pipeline of viable opportunities that exceeds quota, and keep abreast of every prospect in your territory.
6. Business Planning – Develop cooperative closing strategy and tactics with sales management.
7. Build and share best practice sales and negotiation skills, sell value and Maintain White Space analysis and execution of initiatives (up sell and cross sell) on customer base.
8. Win together by engaging appropriate teams to drive winning sales.
9. Experience using CRM tools- Maintain CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information.
10. Strong work ethic and integrity.
11. Highly self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
12. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly , concisely, andin a professional manner.
13. Ability to listen and extract information. Excellent interpersonal skills.
14. Attention to detail and processes.
15. Entrepreneurial by nature with strong business acumen and desire for success.
16. Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and similar offerings.
17. Ability to work well as part of a diverse and geographically distributed team.

Eligibility Criteria :

1. At least 5 years experience in B2B Sales of IT / Software products and services sales.
2. Proven experience with successful negotiations, track record of ensuring client satisfaction and cross selling opportunities.
